SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

Orders may be placed on-line using our secure web store, or you can call using our toll free phone number 1 877-247-4628. Orders ship out Monday-Friday excluding Holidays. 
Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS. In stock items will ship, if we recieve your order by 10:00am,they will ship the same day, all orders after 10:00 will ship the following day.  Out of stock items will ship in 3-5 days. You can expedite the shipping by requesting next day or second day delivery.  Certain locations may require additional 1-2 days delivery time.  Some items due to greater size or weight will not ship flat rate, they require special handling and delivery by truck.  The larger items may take a little more time. If you need to expidite the shipping you can specify next day or second day air. For more information about UPS please visit  http://www.ups.com  or call Agri-Nation Shipping Department at 1 877 247 4628.

Go through the check out as normal and it will be calculated by UPS cost in real time basis.  I am sure you are aware the rates will be a little higher because of the greater distance.  You can expedite your shipping such as Next Day Air.

is registered as a Non-Resident Importer in Canada which allows us to simplify the purchasing process for our Canadian customers.  In addition the delays and unexpected charges are greatly reduced.
Can I return the Hood it
RETURNS

All returns are subject to inspection for possible use, misuse, missing components, damage or abuse. 
1. No returns on, fuel injection pumps, fuel injection lift pumps, primer, or fuel injectors. 
2.  No refund on any oil, fuel or air filters that have been installed or have liquid in them, or have been soiled, stained.  The box has to be in a good re-saleable condition no smudges or fingerprints.
3. No refund on any electrical part.
  This includes, but is not limited to: solenoids, rectifiers, electric motors,lights, key switch, light bulb, relay, regulators, alternator, generator, switch, push button, horn, starters, wiring, batteries, and battery chargers, spark plugs , spark plug wires.
4.  ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK FEE.
5.  If a part was ordered correctly and we incorrectly  

sent the wrong part, we will ,upon recieving the undamaged unused part, ship the correct part free, and refund the return shipping cost.  Please contact us just as soon as you realize the part is incorrect.If the part was ordered incorrectly by you, you can ship the incorrect part back and we will return the money less the 20% restock fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.  Remenber the 30 day clock is ticking.
5.  When you determine that you need to return an item, and that item quailifies as a returnable part, please call our toll free number 1 877-247-4628 and ask for a RA number.  This is a return authorization number, that allows us to track the part when it reaches us, also place a copy of your invoice with the part circled on it.
6.  If you ordered the wrong part please return the part with the RA number (return authorization number) you wil be charged the 20% restock fee and there will be no refund on the shipping charges. If you have any questions please call Shipping Department 1-601-766-3700.
